Dress to the future
Today Y5C celebrated the end
of their topic 'Back to the Future' by wearing what they think the
fashion of the future will look like.
Future TV
Today in groups Y5C designed and produced ideas for televisions of the future. The children generated some fantastic ideas such as:
holographic TV
Smell-o-vision - A TV that creates smells to enhance the entertainment experience
Taste-a-vision - A TV that also produces food.
TV glasses which allows families/groups to select their own individual channel on the TV
Built in internet, SKYPE, games, APPS
Wallpaper TV
Virtual reality TV - Be inside/on your favourite TV shows/films.

Back to the Future collage
Y5C have created a class collage on changes through the decades
(1950’s to the present day). The collage produced a lot of discussion
and learning. The children needed to find images from the different decades, which
required ICT and history skills.
