A former pupil of St Joseph's school is a star of CBBC's Who Wants to Be a Superhero?April who plays the part of superhero Pink Puffle Girl has appeared on the show for several weeks. There were 13 superheroes in total; seven boys and six girls. The show is now down to the final four superheros. The winning superhero (announced in episode 14) travels to Los Angeles, meets Stan Lee and sees their character turned into their very own comic book strip.
