All of the children had the chance to make their very own piece of pottery on the pottery wheel with Mr Chris today. First they watched Mr Chris make some pots and explain how it was done and then each of the children worked with Mr Chris individually to create their very own piece of pottery which they'll decorate and be able to bring home later this term.
As well as making a piece on the wheel the children also designed their own imaginary animation character which they then made out of air drying modelling clay. Over the next couple of weeks the children will have chance to paint their characters and use them to create animations in groups.
